NoShu 99% Sugar Free Chocolate Brownie Mix

I first discovered NoShu a few weeks ago when I was ordering my weekly grocery shop online. They’re an Australian brand who specialise in sugar free products including baking kits, and ready made goods including slices, donuts and bars. Not all of their range is available in New Zealand but I was pretty excited to find their 99% Sugar Free Chocolate Brownie mix which can also be made vegan.

Bean Supreme BBQ Marinated Jackfruit

Bean Supreme are a New Zealand brand which makes vegetarian and vegan products, they’ve been around for years and are one of the OGs. Their products are super easy to find in the supermarket which is great and I often buy their burger patties or sausages.

They recently brought out a new product – marinated jackfruit. They have 2 flavours in the range – barbecue and chilli and lime. Sounds good right? I tried the barbecue flavour.

Sunfed Boar-Free Bacon

Meatless “meats” are a bit of a weird thing, some people love them and some people won’t go near them. Personally, I don’t eat them all the time but I do like them occasionally especially if I’m after an easy meal option. Sunfed are a New Zealand company who launched a plant based, meat free chicken substitute a few years ago. And they have now just released a boar-free bacon!

Moana Park 2018 Pinot Gris

I’m a big fan of wine, it’s my go to alcoholic beverage of choice. I love going to vineyards, sitting in the sun, eating food and doing a wine tasting. Most wines however aren’t vegan, pretty frustrating. However, a lot more winemakers are now using a vegan and vegetarian friendly clay based clarifying method which is great, and there’s a lot who choose to just let time clarify their wines. The wine I have chosen to review is Moana Park 2018 Pinot Gris.

Nescafe Gold Oat Latte

Nescafe have a billion different types and flavours of instant coffee sachets. I used to love them before I went vegan, particularly the cappuccino one with the little chocolate sprinkler. I remember them super frothy and yum, although most were quite sweet if I recall.

So when I saw Nescafe Gold had released a new dairy-free, vegan series I was pretty excited. Finally I can drink these again. They have 3 different variations – Oat, Almond and Coconut. I tried the oat one and my review and opinions are of that flavour only.

Halo Top Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice-Cream

There are a lot of vegan ice-creams coming onto the market these days which is awesome. However a lot are loaded with sugar, and a lot just aren’t very good. So I thought I’d pick one I’ve never had before and give you my honest opinion on it!
